About the role
Applications are being sought for a Vessel Engineer position on board Quicksilver’s fleet of vessels in Port Douglas.
Reporting to the Marine Operations Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance, repair and engineering duties
- Assisting with the day to day operation of the vessel

About you
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- A current qualification of Marine Engine Driver Grade 2
- Experience with Detroit, MTU, Cummins, Scania and Deutz Diesel Engines is desirable
- A Coxswain or Master <24m (Master 5) qualification would be an advantage.
