Vessel Engineer - MED1

We are looking for a:
VESSEL ENGINEER – Marine Engine Driver Grade 1 (MED 1)
Applications are being sought for a Vessel Engineer position on board Quicksilver’s fleet of vessels in Port Douglas.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintenance, repair and engineering duties as well as assisting with the day-to-day operation of the vessel and able to demonstrate leadership skills and work well in a team environment.
Applicants require a current qualification of Marine Engine Driver Grade 1 and experience with Detroit, MTU, Cummins, Scania and Deutz Diesel Engines is desirable. A Coxswain or Master <24m (Master 5) qualification would be an advantage.
