Climate Action Initiatives Recognised
We’re pleased to announce that our commitment to tangible Climate Action initiatives have been recognised with Climate Action accreditation extended to include not only our Quicksilver Outer Reef and Low Isles Cruises, but also our Great Adventures Reef and Green Island Cruises and our dive and snorkel vessels Silversonic and Silverswift.
This means when it comes to choosing an inspiring and eco-friendly holiday, the Quicksilver Group is continuing to set the benchmark for ecotourism experiences and environmental sustainability.
Quicksilver was one of the first companies to be certified by Ecotourism Australia’s new Climate Action Program, being certified as a “Climate Action Innovator”. We have proactively undertaken adaptions and emissions reduction, auditing and measuring our carbon footprint.
We hope that by travelling with Quicksilver, our guests will become ambassadors for future conservation of the reef.
