About the role
As an enthusiastic leader you will lead and motivate a team of reservation specialists to ensure delivery of exceptional customer services to our Great Adventures passengers.
Reporting to the Reservations Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage staff schedules and rosters, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and adjusting staffing levels as needed based on demand and employee availability
- Provide leadership and support to reservation staff, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Ensure all reservations are booked with accuracy, and personalised guest preferences are shared as appropriate with internal stakeholders
- Manage guest enquiries including feedback in a courteous and effective manner, following through to ensure all issues are rectified to the guest’s full satisfaction and within guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations and guest information

About you
- Supervisory experience (desirable)
- Minimum of 2 years of reservations experience within the hotel/tourism sector (desirable)
- Experience with Respax and RMS Property Management system is an advantage (desirable)
- Cash handling and reconciliation skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in spoken, and written formats with both external and internal customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating decision making skills with the ability to assess situations and make mutually beneficial decisions within established guidelines
- Ability to work a rotating roster with shift between the hours of 7am and 6pm, including weekends
