Meet some of our Fabulous Engineering Team

 
Ensuring our guests experience the wonders of the reef in comfort, safety and reliability are all part of our engineering team’s daily charter.

Throughout the year, our experienced and talented engineering team of 42, including 6 apprentices, tend to our fleet of vessels including state-of-the-art wavepiercers, a luxury sailing catamaran, custom-designed dive and snorkel catamarans, outer reef activity platforms, semi-subs and glass bottom boats, as well as the operations at Green Island Resort.

Their rigorous ongoing maintenance programs ensure our fleet and operations are always in the best condition, with all the onboard and guest comforts presented in tip-top condition. This is an ongoing exercise and is treated with the highest of priorities.

The skilled trades represented amongst the Quicksilver Group Engineering Team include diesel fitters, boiler makers, shipwrights, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, plasterers, painters and trades assistants.
