In an engineering first for the Quicksilver Group, the flagship vessel Quicksilver VIII with her bow dipping into the water and engines in the air, was a rare sight in the Meridian Marina at Port Douglas recently.

Movember Boys

Movember Boys

The moustache certainly made a comeback at the Quicksilver Group in November as this picture attests. There was the “trucker” style the “business man” and “freestyle” to name a few outstanding hairy efforts. Fortunately, most of them have now also been dealt with a sharp razor!  While having a bit of fun, the boys helped raise many hundreds of dollars for men’s health, as well as a successful fundraising night held by Pro Dive Cairns.

Post Card to Great Adventures

Great AdventuresHello to Great Adventures

I went on a Green Island Day Tour recently and I would just like to say a huge thank you. The tour was fantastic! I had a few issues, mainly being very scared to snorkel, but I found your tour and information guides very easy-going and friendly and willing to help. They explained everything to me and in the end I enjoyed it so much I actually went on one of the snorkelling tours!

I loved my trip and I will definitely be returning.

Thank you and regards
